What is Gatheroly?
Gatheroly is a self-serve platform for event hosts. You get a guest-facing website for your celebration and a private dashboard to edit the site, manage guests, and collect RSVPs in one place.
Who is it for?
Primarily couples and families hosting weddings, engagements, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, and similar gatherings in India and abroad. Wedding studios and planners can book a partner walkthrough.
How is this different from a WhatsApp group?
Guests open one link for the story, schedule, venue, and RSVP. You see every reply in the dashboard instead of hunting messages across chats.
Is the free trial a demo?
No. After email verification you get a real workspace with full access to built features for 30 days. Your guest site starts as Coming soon until you set it Live.
How much does it cost?
Gatheroly is a paid product. During beta messaging the list price is ₹499 per event; the current offer is ₹0 for 30 days with no credit card. After the trial the guest site is unpublished until you continue.
What can guests do on the public site?
When the site is Live, guests can view the invitation and submit an RSVP when RSVP is on. If the host turns on Find my photos, guests can upload a selfie on the invitation and on the social page to download photos of their face. The selfie is not saved.
How do I publish?
From your dashboard, set Website status to Live when the site looks right. Until then guests see a Coming soon page. You can also Pause later.
Can planners or studios use Gatheroly?
Yes. Use the partner walkthrough form on the homepage. Couples and hosts should start from the free trial.
